Cookie Policy

Last updated June 1, 2026.

Questions about this policy? It's written in plain English to match the tools we actually run. If anything is unclear, email team@gooseandgantry.com and we'll give you a straight answer.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies (like local storage and tracking scripts) do related jobs. We group what we use into three categories.

Categories

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to work, including security, spam protection, and remembering your consent. These are always on.
  • Analytics: helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Off until you consent.
  • Marketing: only used if we ever run advertising campaigns. None are in use today, and nothing loads unless you consent.

No analytics or marketing scripts load before you consent, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing.

What we use

Items below marked “only with consent” are active only when the relevant tool is configured and you have opted in.

Changing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the link (also in the site footer). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and enable GPC to opt out of sale and sharing automatically. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Changes

If we add or remove tools, we will update this inventory and, when the policy version changes, ask you to review your choices again.
